My recent three-night stay at Pensiunea Vila Silva I offered a blend of highs and lows, showcasing both the villa's potential and areas needing improvement. The standout feature was undoubtedly the remarkable staff; Mihaela and Simona provided a warm welcome and personal touch that made us feel right at home, embodying the hospitality that can elevate a stay. We were disappointed with the pool's cleanliness, which rendered it unsafe for use—a missed opportunity as it could have been a lovely spot for relaxing afternoons. While our spacious room featured a flat-screen TV and the convenience of free Wi-Fi, the outdated kitchen left much to be desired, as it was not well maintained and lacking essential amenities. Despite these drawbacks, the peaceful residential setting offered a perfect backdrop for a tranquil getaway. I genuinely believe that with some focused investment from the owners, the villa could transform into a premier eco-friendly destination that resonates with travelers like myself, who appreciate both comfort and sustainability. While the villa has a lot to build upon, I hope to see it flourish in the future, as it deserves to be a part of the thriving agrotourism community nearby.
